HDPE geomembrane is one of the geosynthetic materials, and the application of geosynthetic materials originated in the 1950s.HDPE geomembrane is a waterproof and barrier type material produced from (medium) high density polyethylene resin (density of 0.94g/cm3 or more geomembrane). HDPE geomembranes are known as "high density polyethylene films" and have excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, low temperature, ageing and corrosion resistance, as well as a wide temperature application range (-60C to +60C) and widely used in landfill impermeability, solid waste landfill impermeability, sewage treatment plant impermeability, artificial lake impermeability, tailings treatment and other impermeability projects.

Product Description
HDPE composite film is also known as high-density polyethylene film, HDPE geomembrane, HDPE impermeable film, HDPE film is a plastic membrane composed of HDPE, HDPE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. HDPE in its raw state has a milky white appearance and is somewhat translucent in its thin cross-sections.PE has excellent resistance to most household and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals can produce chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride).
1. HDPE geomembranes are flexible waterproof materials with a high impermeability factor (1 x 10-17 cm/s).
2. HDPE geomembranes have good heat and cold resistance, with an ambient temperature of 110°C for high temperature and -70°C for low temperature.
3, HDPE geomembrane has very good chemical stability, can resist strong acid, alkali, oil corrosion is a good anti-corrosion materials.
4, HDPE geomembrane has a high tensile strength, making it has a high tensile strength can meet the needs of high standard engineering projects.
5, HDPE geomembrane has a strong weather resistance, has strong anti-aging properties, can be used for a long time bare and maintain the original performance.
6, the overall performance of HDPE geomembranes, HDPE geomembranes have strong tensile strength and elongation at break, enabling HDPE geomembranes to be used under a variety of different harsh geological and climatic conditions. Strong strain to adapt to uneven geological settlement!
7, HDPE geomembrane using high quality virgin plastic and carbon black particles without any preservatives, HDPE has been used in China to replace PVC as a raw material for food packaging bags and cling film.
