

Composite Drainage Board
Composite drainage Plate (also known as 3D composite drainage network, drainage grid) is a new type of drainage geotechnical material. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and processed by a special extrusion process, with a three-layer special structure.
Product Description
The middle bars are rigid and arranged longitudinally to form drainage channels, and the cross-arranged bars above and below form supports to prevent the geotextile from embedding in the drainage channels, maintaining high drainage performance even under very high loads.
The double-sided bonded permeable geotextile is an ideal drainage material with comprehensive performance of "counter filtration - drainage - ventilation - protection".
Application
Mainly used in railway, highway, tunnel, municipal engineering, reservoirs, slope protection and other drainage projects with remarkable effect.
Characteristics
1. Strong drainage (equivalent to one-meter-thick gravel drainage).
2. High tensile strength.
3. Reduce geotextiles embedded in the core of the net, maintaining long-term stable drainage.
4. Long-term resistance to high pressure loads (withstands compression loads of approximately 3000 Ka).
5. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life.
6. Easy to construct, shorten the construction period and save costs.
Composite drainage board is used in soft foundation treatment, road base enhancement, slope protection, bridge platform reinforcement, coastal slope protection, reservoir bottom reinforcement and other projects.
Installation ways:
1.After finishing the construction of the waterproof layer and its protective layer, start to lay the drainage board. The drainage slope of the grass-roots level is required to meet 2‰~5‰.
2. lay the drainage board with the cup-shaped mouth facing upwards, with the teeth interlocked.
- cover the drainage board with geotextile lapped by 10-20cm to prevent mud from passing through the geotextile and blocking the drainage system,which results in poor drainage, and reduces water storage
- lay 10-20mm medium coarse sand on top of the geotextile to form a permeable filter layer, which can stop the loss of planting soil
- Cover with appropriate thickness of planting soil.
6.Protect well the finished drainage plate. After the drainage plate is paved, trolleys are not allowed to transport materials on the drainage plate directly, but should lay wooden boards and horse paths on the drainage plate ahead. When laying the drainage plate, fill the soil in at the same time.
Application
Used for roof greening, underfloor roof greening, city square, golf course, sports field, sewage treatment plant, public building greening, square greening, road greening project in the park.
